Dat is nog steeds zo. Maar er is sindsdien veel bijgekomen; als je de app een paar maanden geleden voor het laatst hebt geopend, mis je het meeste daarvan. Billing+ beheert nu je kassa, houdt je voorraad bij, herinnert klanten aan openstaande facturen en verwerkt betalingen via zeven verschillende betaalproviders. Hier lees je wat er nieuw is, wat de functies inhouden en wat het kost.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Verkooppunt: je telefoon is de kassa<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je hebt een winkel, een kraam, een kappersstoel of een tafel op een weekendmarkt. Iemand komt naar je toe met een product. Tot nu toe bleef die verkoop in je hoofd zitten totdat je hem later opschreef \u2013 als je dat tenminste deed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">P.O.S. verandert je telefoon in een kassa. Scan een streepjescode of tik op het product om het aan de winkelwagen toe te voegen. Betalen kan contant, met pinpas, via overschrijving, mobiel betalen of QR-code. De kassabon wordt automatisch aangemaakt en je voorraad wordt met \u00e9\u00e9n verminderd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Twee details die ertoe doen op een drukke dag:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Houd een uitverkoop.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Een klant twijfelt nog, terwijl er drie mensen achter hem wachten. Zet de verkoop even in de wacht, help de wachtenden en kom er daarna op terug.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Print het uit als je papier wilt. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Billing+ print naar thermische bonprinters van 58 mm en 80 mm, zodat de klant die een papieren bon wil, er ook een krijgt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Voorraad: nooit misgrijpen, altijd je marge kennen.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je productcatalogus is je voorraad. Geen tweede lijst, niet opnieuw dezelfde veertig artikelen invoeren in een andere app.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Voorraadniveaus worden in realtime bijgewerkt wanneer je producten verkoopt via de kassa of op facturen, mits de functie 'Bijhouden' (Track) voor die producten is ingeschakeld. Schakel 'Bijhouden' in voor artikelen die je daadwerkelijk telt. Laat deze functie uitgeschakeld voor diensten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wat je krijgt als het eenmaal is aangebracht:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meldingen bij lage voorraad en bestelpunten, zodat je het weet v\u00f3\u00f3rdat het schap leeg is, en niet pas daarna.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kostprijzen, zodat je je marge op elke verkoop kent \u2013 \u200b\u200ben niet alleen je omzet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Barcode-scanning met multi-frame-nauwkeurigheid en het in \u00e9\u00e9n keer importeren van honderd producten kosten minuten, niet de hele dag.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Voorraad aanvullen via uitgaven: registreer de ingekochte voorraad als uitgave, zodat je voorraad automatisch weer kan toenemen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Goed om te weten:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Je productcatalogus blijft gratis, ongeacht het abonnement. Maar de live voorraadfunctionaliteit \u2013 het bijhouden van aantallen, meldingen, marges \u2013 dat alles zit in Premium.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Betaallinks: versturen, bekijken, betalen.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Het oudste probleem bij kleine bedrijven is niet het opstellen van de factuur. Het is de periode tussen het versturen ervan en het ontvangen van de betaling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Genereer een betaallink voor elke factuur en deel deze via het platform dat je klant gebruikt voor berichten, zoals WhatsApp, e-mail of Instagram DM. Je hebt geen website nodig. Klanten kunnen betalen via bankoverschrijving, creditcard, mobiel betalen of QR-code, en het geld wordt direct op je eigen betaalaccount bijgeschreven. Billing+ komt nooit tussen jou en je geld te staan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Billing+ ondersteunt zeven betaalplatforms, waaronder Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, OPay, Stripe, GoCardless en PayPal. Zo kunnen zowel de klant in Warri als de klant in Toronto betalen via een methode die voor hen vertrouwd aanvoelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">E\u00e9n link. Het is ongemakkelijk en vermoeiend, en de meeste mensen haken na het tweede bericht stilletjes af \u2013 en precies daardoor blijven facturen onbetaald.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Billing+ neemt nu de opvolging voor zijn rekening. Het systeem stuurt e-mails naar je klant \u2013 v\u00f3\u00f3r, op en na de vervaldatum \u2013 met een bericht dat je zelf opstelt. Bekijk een voorbeeld, stuur een testbericht naar je eigen inbox en laat het systeem vervolgens zijn werk doen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jij blijft de professional die \u00e9\u00e9n beleefde factuur verstuurt. De app regelt het aandringen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Een betaling vastleggen: je boekhouding komt overeen met je bank<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Veel klanten betalen nog steeds zoals ze dat altijd hebben gedaan: contant of via een directe overboeking naar je rekening. Dat geld is echt, maar als de betaling niet wordt geregistreerd, vertoont je factuuroverzicht iets anders dan je bankafschrift.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Registreer een betaling voor geld dat je buiten de app hebt ontvangen, gekoppeld aan de bijbehorende factuur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Het draait allemaal om deelbetalingen. Een klant betaalt de helft vooraf en de andere helft bij levering; registreer de aanbetaling vandaag en boek het restant bij zodra het binnen is. Elke deelbetaling levert een betalingsbewijs op dat aan de factuur wordt gekoppeld; verstuur dit met \u00e9\u00e9n tik naar de klant of bewaar het totdat erom wordt gevraagd. Zodra de factuur volledig is voldaan, genereert Billing+ het definitieve betalingsbewijs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Goed om te weten: herinneringen blijven worden verstuurd zolang er nog een openstaand saldo is; een deelbetaling stopt dit proces dus niet. Pas wanneer de laatste betaling is geregistreerd, stoppen de herinneringen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Stuur een factuur rechtstreeks per e-mail<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als het e-mailadres van je klant is opgeslagen, verstuur je de factuur met \u00e9\u00e9n druk op de knop. Geen pdf downloaden, niet overschakelen naar je e-mailapp en niet op je telefoon naar de bijlage zoeken. Tik op 'Verstuur' en de factuur staat in hun inbox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Al het andere werkt nog steeds zoals voorheen: verstuur het via sms, WhatsApp of Instagram \u2013 afhankelijk van welk kanaal je klant daadwerkelijk gebruikt om te reageren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wat is er nog meer geruisloos geland?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Een echte mini-CRM.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Elke klant heeft nu een eigen financieel overzicht: wat er is gefactureerd, wat er is betaald, een tijdlijn van activiteiten, uw priv\u00e9notities en een ranglijst van uw belangrijkste klanten. Het zal u waarschijnlijk verbazen wie er daadwerkelijk op de eerste plaats staat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Uitgaven die zichzelf registreren.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Maak een foto van een bonnetje en de AI doet het typewerk.
