How do I chase an unpaid invoice without annoying the client?
Send early, send politely, and make it easy to pay. A reminder a few days after the due date reads as admin, not accusation. Attaching a payment link helps more than firmer wording — most late payment is disorganisation, not refusal.
Can I chase several clients at once?
Yes. Ask Bella to remind everyone who's overdue and you get one card listing those invoices, up to 20 at a time. Untick anyone you'd rather leave out, then one tap emails the rest. The reminder emails your clients receive are written in English.
Does it send without asking me?
